Geotechnics
Geotechnics is related to land engineering. This is a study of the work and research of a ground center for the design and construction of earthworks and underground structures and the foundations of buildings and road surfaces. This is an interdisciplinary science, using land-based science, soil mechanics, foundations, geology – especially engineering, chemistry, physics, building mechanics, rheology etc.
What we do:
- Geotechnical support and documentation of the ground support according to the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.04.2012. on the geotechnical conditions of the construction of buildings
- Land geotechnical projects in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy of 25.04.2012. on the geotechnical conditions of the construction of buildings
- drilling holes
- soil testing (field, laboratory)
- probing the ground
- soil compaction control
Engineering geology
Engineering geology determines the water and soil conditions for the purpose of foundation construction. The main object of study of engineering geology in Poland are Quaternary deposits, since the land cover of this age approx. 80% of the Polish. Apart from the quaternary sediments, due to its specific properties, great importance is attached to the precise identification of the location and the properties of the tertiary clays of Poznań.
What we can do:
- Projects of geological works in accordance with the requirements of the Geological and Mining Law Act
- geological and engineering documentation for the purpose of building structures (cubature, linear, water construction, waste landfills) in accordance with the requirements of the Geological and Mining Law
